A few things are happening

Bill Dikun resigned from the Republican Club yesterday.

I had heard that Rogers was going to get a job with the Brick Town Municipal Utilities Authority.  Talked to several people.  Consensus is:  It is true.  She would be assistant to Jim Lacey.  CAN EVERYONE SAY PATRONAGE?

She won't do it before the election but she will have to do it before Christie enacts some of his changes.

What is the difference between corrupt Democrats and corrupt Republicans?  Only the county that they control.

BTW, Jim Lacey was at the Republican meeting Monday night.  Which brings me to that subject.

Shaun O'Rourke attended or attempted to attend the meeting which was listed as OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.  Brian McAlindin escorted him outside and told him it was a private function.  They did have words.  No surprise there.

In case anyone (McAlindin) did not read the email here is the important part:

"This meeting will be OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC, so please invite your friends, neighbors, family, and Point Pleasant residents you meet during the week to help to spread the word."

McAlindin exactly what type of attorney are you?

AND Hallelujah - The missing water is missing no more.  Actually it never was.  It was a report that is done every 3 years that had a few clerical errors.  Rogers wants a press release.  Why?  She never had one when Judy Block made the $164,000 mistake last year during budget discussions.  The Council never had one when Judy Block wrote out 2 checks to the Republican Club from the Borough Coffers.
  Why now.

It still doesn't diminish the fact there is a 16% increase in the Ready to Serve Charge.  Is that where the increase is going?  If the Republican Council didn't have their thumbs up their asses, they could have been doing small increases and not reducing the surplus.  Since we reduced the surplus, we had to bond the million dollars for the water storage tank.

Sue, Kruschev banged his shoe on the table.  You might want to do that instead of using your fist.  You won't look any less psychotic but you won't injure your hand.  No job yet,  means you are still paying for your own insurance.

HERE IS THE LETTER FROM THE REPUBLICAN CLUB (NOTICE THE WORDS OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC):  (BRIAN YOU SURE ARE A BULLY)

So according to the APP today it was always a clerical error, so WHY did they jump to raise the rates? WHERE are the Dems that are running in November.... THis is time they need to be visible and start making some noise. Let the voters know they have ANOTHER CHOICE out there and get rid of this woman! She is a joke and makes this town look like a joke! Let her take that job in Brick sooner then later! Then let her pack up and MOVE THERE.

GREAT that Bill resigned from the republican club....NOW BILL, PLEASE SPEAK OUT ON WHY YOU RESIGNED!!! After all, (I may be mistaken) didn't you nominate (or second the nomination) Sue Rogers for Mayor? Do you still support the republicans in this community? Or are you so turned off by your former "running mate" that you felt resigning was the right thing to do? Just asking!

I'm sad to hear Bill resigned from the club. Its not only a loss for the Republican club but a loss for the residents. I found Bill to be a voice of reason in and out of the club. Whenever I saw him he was always a gentleman even when we were on the opposite sides of an issue. Bill will always take the time to talk to you. His wife Cindy is also a very nice lady. If this is true that he left, its a sad day for that club.
